FX-1 looking for a cover

Swimming after the FX-1..

Birmingham / 4 miles west of the blue bridge
Anyone know where to get a decent deal on a decent cover for my 94 FX? Seems like overtons/barts/etc.. all are acrylic or something that doesnt' seem like it would be as sturdy as canvas. But Atlantic and some others are like $175. Anyone have one they'd recommend?

I bought a lightly used OEM cover from ebay. Yup, its pink and purple and it fits like a glove.

Keep an eye out, they pop up now and then.

I have a blue Yamaha factory square nose cover that fits my FX-1 perfect. Since the FX-1 is taller with the pole on top, it takes up the little bit of slack from the SN being a little bit bigger.

Something to think about and easier to find I'm sure. Also ask that guy who is sell the 4 FX-1 hulls, he has a purple/pink OEM one that he might sell. Its for sale with his 4 hulls.

Last year I purchased a Covercraft cover from TGS "FX-1 700 (1994-1995) Sunbrella Material; Color Option Pacific Blue." $160 shipped to my door. I have been happy with the cover. Product ID: XW422D1. I still have my original FX1 cover. Became VERY brittle. . . strange. Couldn't have seen that much sun up here in Seattle. . so I'd be careful of "used" OEM covers.
