I have a js 550 that I just cut the hull in half. I was going to pitch the hull but if you want some part of it cut out let me know. Just cover shipping.

I also have a JS 550 pump and shoe for sale with the OEM impeller. I was thinking $50. buck for the pump and impeller and $15 for the shoe. let me know.

1st thing we always did was to swap the 550 mixed flow pump out for the 440s axial flow, most impellers were straight pitched some with a "surf" kick if I recall it was 15-15.5 and 16
and if you had the $ the pjs afterburner pump was the bomb with a driveline support and oil bath instead of grease
I'll look in the wherehouse to see if we have any bits left.

Awesome ! Thanks for some info, looking to build a surfboard/jetski/electic thing , have a few ideas kicking around but wanted to get the pump figured out first to build around. The motor puts out 32hp max but with crazy torque right off the bat, projected weight is 100-120lbs all up , efficient is the name of the game here.
