Lockjump???

Is there a thread or does someone know how to construct one of these lockjumps?? (For us poor flatwater guys):17: I searched lockjump and came up w/ nothing....

PVC tubing, end caps, eye bolts, sealant, chain, ropes, weights, and tires. Put it all together and make a log jump!

its a tire log. Its like the person stated above, its a bunch of tires with a rod through them and chained together. It just floats there.
