Living the dream!
Hi just a quicky, my blaster runs fine when tilted to the right but loads up and has no power when over to the left (diaphram side down on carbs) what would cause this to happen ?
Running twin 44's with 2.3ns and 95g spring.

Many thanks

The popoff being as low as it is, engine vibration, and gravity may be causing the N&S to stay open and/or dribble fuel while the diaphragm side is down.
It's also possible that something is covering the small holes in the diaphragm covers.

Cool thanks Matt, i was thinking along the right lines. Im gonna try the gold spring and see if that sorts it as there is nothing in the way of the diaphram plate holes.

before you go trying gold springs use a pop-off gauge and make sure your springs are reading what they are suppose to be. This passed summer I had the same problem, I was running daul 44's with 2.0 N&S with 95gr springs and they were reading at 19psi; 95gr. springs are suppose to read 25psi with a 2.0 N&S so i put a brand new set of 95gr springs in it and it solved the problem.

You should go down to a 2.0 N&S w/ the 95 gr springs because even with the 115gr spring on your 2.3 you will only be at 22 psi with is only 2psi up from the 95gr.

So true you need to check pop off. :Banane19:

Yea new n&s pop off was 20psi so all good.

thats why im sayin you might want to bump up to 25psi with the 2.0 and 95gr cause that 20 psi is low and the most your going to be able to make 2.3 get is 22psi. the 22 might work but personally i would put in the 2.0 itll run crisper

Folks run twin 44's at 15psi very successfully.
However - I played around with a set last year, tried everything from 14-34psi and found the sweet spot at 24psi.
