The Sizzler is a good pipe. Make sure to match the manifold to the cylinder and use an OEM Kawasaki 650 bushing. Power wise it goes 48mph at 6860rpm on a 61X/61X @701CC, cyl mildly ported.
i know its been awhile but thanks for the info im just getting ready to put that pipe on a 61x/61x motor so now i know what to expect. How much compression do u suggest

I have personally tried just about every pipe/exhaust system made for Yamaha based engines and in my opinion not much compairs to the R&D dry pipe..they make just as much power as a powerfactor just not as reliable..

The Powerfactor isn't that reliable either! My new RRP pipe makes my Dasa 1100 feel like it's electric, as much power as my pfp was but such smooth torque too and a big plus is it is quieter (probably because it's a wetpipe)

ive only every ran my coffman sizzler on my SJ, ran it on a 650 and now on my 61x 762 BB, and have to say i love it. it has good bottom end, and has an awesome mid powerband. the top end seems linear. i do need to do some bore work on it over the next few weeks though.
