well.....i went to lowes yesterday and did some brainstorming. in the toilet section they have some plastic bushings that have a flange on one side. these are prethreaded on the inside and are even recessed so that when i screw a small bolt into them they will sit flush. I plan on using an oring on the bolts too so they should seal good. when i want to drain i just grab an allen wrench and back the stainless allen bolt out. i think these will fit perfectly below the exhaust output also. only problems is when do i want to take a week off from riding for my 3m 5200 to setup. i might have to go with 4200 for this one.

Use epoxy resin and filler. No wait time.

After a month or so of riding I drain maybe a cup of water out. When I refoamed this ski I sealed every penetration and bond line on the inside and out but after about a year I started getting a little water from the hull.

But this was the firt time for a gallon because of the worn out foot holds.
