Good to see he's finally competing in Pro.
pretty sure that was what the comment was about. Pro skills/budget competeing in amature class.#1fan said:FINALLY I seem to recall that he finished 4th as a Pro 24 hours after winning the Amature Class.
#1fan said:FINALLY????? Lee was competing in Pro 24 hours after he won the World Title in Amature. I seem to recall that he finished 4th as a Pro 24 hours after winning the Amature Class. And, if the subject of him competing with the Pros in Europe comes up it is because there is no Amature class in Europe. Also at the time he was under the age of 16 so even if there was...he was considered a Junior. (Stop me unclehulka)
#1fan said:Sorry, I am just a little touchy when it comes to Lee. I guess when you have followed a kid like this since he was 9 years old you have a tendency to be a little protective.

sure hes 16, but i bet hes well fit and trained. probably as big as i am at 19 yrs. old :banghead:
im not trying to push buttons, but i think equipment wins 90% of his titles. im sure he puts many hours into his riding though.
prove me wrong. send me a light weight hull and 900+ cc's :Banane01:
...but what do i know.

SJBrit, i respect your posts and have always enjoyed your avatar and would rather not spawn a slight negative bias opinion about you, or anybody else on this board. So i will drop this where its at.
Lee Stone promotes a great image of the sport for the younger audiance while still entertaining the gurus. Any promotion is good promotion for the sport.
Ride hard fellas. :woot:
