Leaky Primer bulb ?

Went to start my ski the other day and couldn't get it to fire, after cranking for a while a bunch of fuel came out of the exhaust

Found out later on that the primer was bleeding down the carbs and letting the fuel system de-pressurize through it,

Anybody experienced this? Just a bad primer? Check valve?

Hook the primer up on your return line. Or dont run a primer at all. Dump some fuel down the carb for your first start of the day and should be good to go for a weekend.
