Leak between ex maifold and cylinder?

Anyone ever had a problem with these gaskets (the metal exhaust one)? For some reason it just will not seal correctly on my FX1. It leaks between the mainfold and cylinder. Going to swap it out on Friday with a stock paper type gasket. Should I use some high temp silicone or something to help seal it up better?


OH YA......Yamaha mainfolds are a pain in the balls to install!

In my opinion, OEM yamaha exhaust manifold gaskets are the best. I think they have a heat activated glue, so no need for gasket sealer.
