last minute daytona build

Well, I decided to go to daytona this sat. Booked flights-arriving friday 11am:Banane01:
The only boat I had together was my stocker and I really didn't want to take that so. Pulled the motor on my race boat. Dropped in the fresh motor I build for my surf boat. Installed new bilge & swapped ride plates...Instant mild surf boat:Banane01:
Got to say I'm a little nervous going down without a water test. I'm hoping for the best & bringing spare parts.:biggthumpup:
