Lamey powervalve pics (cylinder, pvalves and pipe mod)

I've added several pics to my gallery here http://www.x-h2o.com/gallery/index.php?cat=10005

I posted these so people can get a look at the difference between a stock 61X cylinder and a Lamey.

This should also help with all those "what is a powervalve" questions and should show what is need to modify a B pipe to fit a Lamey power valve cylinder.

If you want to compare mine to a regular non-powervalve Lamey cylinder you can look at Freestylegeek's here http://www.x-h2o.com/gallery/thumbnails.php?album=3&page=7

Are the Lamey cylinders still made new?

Yes they are.
I believe Dan (Lamey) only does a casting run once a year or something, so sometimes there is a VERY large lead time.
I think Paul has had MANY conversations with him, and he's delivering a little better now.
Good things require time. :)

The motor does not give you skillz.

I agree 100%
but it sure is fun to putt up to a wave and then punch it when your 10ft out and feel that torque launch you. This if very helpful in the wind generated lake chop that I have to ride in up here.
