Other Lakes in NE Georgia???

I live in Athens, GA and this friday I'm going home to get my Superjet. I see that Hartwell, Lanier, and Oconee are all 45 min to an hour from me which is cool. I just wanna start riding with some people off of here and see which lake is the best. Anybody? I'm riding this sunday at one of those 3 if I can find somebody

Im in the middle of Atlanta for school but I got nowhere to ride now is my ski with me here... I normally ride at jackson which is like an hour from atl south

Oh okay, yea i've riden at jackson a couple of times. You need to ride at lanier. I think i've heard a few people from here that ride that. Thats an hour from me and also from atlanta an hour

One of my problems (aside from lack of free time currently) is that my jet ski and vehicle are at home in mcdonough. When I bought my 550 a few years back I test rode it at lanier. It was my first time on a stand up so i didn't go out of the cove I was in but it did seem like a nice lake. Maybe I can plan a weekend to head up there and ride. How late in the year do you ride?

I gotcha, I plan on riding until I cant stand how could it is so probably late november or december.
