Lake Havasu March 7th-17th anyone?

There is a group of us heading to Lake Havasu roughly the 7th-17th, and we were wondering if anyone else is going to be around and would like to meet up? We should be rocking 3xKawi SXRs and 1x247 Wakesetter .

Cheers,
Darrick

no one there...only old canadian snow birds but its almost time for them to leave....you might get some temps up in the high 70s or if your lucky an 80 but its still a little early....bring a dirt bike or go check out the desert bar in parker, its open on the weekends, roadrunner floating bar is a good time, and fox's is right there too...the parker strip has some good riding with a bunch of bars and havasu is pretty fun to but when that 48 degree water hits your face....yeeeaaaahhh

Clearly you don't drink enough. ;)

No idea on the water temp norms, this is my first time here. The Malibu said the water temp was 60 last week though.

The hardest part so far is finding a place to pick up some new gear. No one has the good quality jetski/wake stuff out yet cause it's still early in the season (and we had a few businesses mention they were slower to order due to the recession). I would think mid-april would be a lot warmer though and all the summer gear should be out.

Let us know how the water is.
If you need gear call the ski clinic they stock a lot of stuff and because you are in the US, shipping is fast and cheap compared to Canada.

Yeah, we have been to tech one. Tech one and Walt's probably had the best selection of brand name stuff we've seen here, and we hit a lot of places. They just don't have what I'm looking for. Ordering online is the new plan.

Water yesterday wasn't bad at all, I actually started with my wetsuit and took it off. We got off the water about 5, grabbed some chow on the deck at The Turtle and the the wind picked up just as we were leaving, it got quite ugly.

Forecast for today was good... not sure its going to pull through through, that wind is terrible!

I will have a look at the ski clinic, thanks.
