lake erie ice finally breaking up

at least when my ski is painted I can start assembling it which will make me feel better.

frosty, this brings back memories. i used to live up in Ohio and would vacation up on erie and lake michigan. i never had a ski back then, but family had boats and h20 skis. i can remember going crazy this time of year with freezing temps one day and mid 60's the next. we would have to wait till late June to be in water. it's torture. when u see snow in May it made me psycho. u guys near put-n-bay? we'd kill a week or 2 with sandusky/cedar point, the lake and being lazy. on RARE occasions i miss that area.

i moved down here for job after graduating OSU. Been down here since 96 and met my wife. moved to Macon, GA and live on small/mid size lake. Lake Tobesofkee. We get to Ohio every now and again, but never with riding stuff. just kids and fam. u in akron? do u ride elsewhere besides Erie? i'll check out the trip, gracias.

I ride at Springfield Lake mostly... just because it is only about 10 minutes away from the house... it is a small lake, but its ok for skiing... I actually live in Uniontown, but it's close to Akron

I ride at Westbranch Lake sometimes too... I have ridden at Salt Fork and Tappan Lake before... this year I want to try to make it out to Berlin and Milton if I can...

I can't believe it snowed again........ Anybody have a dry suit for sale ? I'm hopefully going to have the SXR back together soon with a bunch of new HP making parts and I want to ride....... My superjet is getting thirsty for some more race fuel too.......Damn Michigan winters.....

we're actually about 30 miles south of Buffalo, NY we mainly ride off sturgeon point, but we have started making some trips elsewhere just for something different to do.

winter sucks!!!!
