Finally making some progress. Was looking at my mid shaft and it was pretty trashed/separated. I think that's where my water intrusion issues were coming from the last time it was on the water. Jetmaniac got me setup with a brand new OEM midshaft so that's all squared away.
Got the flywheel, bendix, starter, carbs and pipe installed and motor in the hull. Tubbies are in the mail from Tom21 so will probably have to pull the chamber off again to get those installed. Hoping to water test in the next few days.
Ada turnplate doesn't seem to stay tight very easily. I have red lock tight on it and picked up a lock-washer today so hopefully that helps. Anyone have a trick for this?
