Honestly, didn't care for it. I don't think it's a good flatwater ski at all. The quality is excellent. The ride was ultra twitchy to me. The tray was way narrower than I expected. The one I rode had a pole a tad too long for me, don't know the ride plate length but had a beefy motor in it. It didn't seem to have the "pop" flatwater skis need. Can't vouch much for a surf ride, cuz I didn't ride it in the surf. Just an honest opinion, not a fan but that shouldn't deter you from buying one. You'd have to ride it yourself. Again quality is awesome.

Quality is second to none. I remember the first time I rode it I thought it was a bit twitchy but after you learn how to ride it it's amazingly stable for a tiny little hull, it doesn't ride flat like most other flatwater hulls I've rode, you have to lay it over and carve it, it turns on a dime and it's a very fun hull to ride. It also doesn't ride nose high at all and I have the tail plate cut flush with the hull and I'm 6'4" 235lbs (I actually bought an 'up' nozzle to get the nose to come up a bit). It is a great flatwater hull, spins easy, flips easy and it's great for chasing boats. It's very stable at high speed, I've never been bucked off it once. It doesn't have quite as much pop as a DVX or KDX, but it gets the job done on flatwater and you can chase boats all day long.

I have to agree with ProSouth. Its a twitchy ski and almost feels like a short FX-1. The tray location and layout was the biggest downfall of this ski. I'm a firm believer that you can't make a judgement by riding something once so I really need to ride one again but so far.... Meh

Good stuff to know. It would be awesome if you guys could post the setup that was in the ski you rode as well.

Well as ktm said, it IS hard to judge by one ride. Every aftermarket ski is going to be a learning curve. The one I rode was setup for a guy shorter than me, probably 50lbs lighter. So, his tail plate was probably setup for his weight. His pole was too long for me so, it is hard to judge that way. The tray was my biggest turn off. The one I rode had a stock stroke motor in it. I always like riding skis with smaller motors or non strokers to get a feel for the actual hull. I'm sure it is a good ride for someone. But I like stupid wide trays and short ass skis that ride nose high and plow through the water lol. I'm weird.

Visual Carbon exterior is flawless. I rode hinks 1200 dasa 148mag pump. Ski is beautiful. It is a very different freestyle boat. Pretty cool you can ride it WOT across the lake. It doesnt seem to POP like some other boats but chads flips are getting bigger and bigger every time. This might be due to the pump tunnel being set for a 148mag but now you have the option for 155 so that could be a big help. I love how the boat looks completely different from anything else out there. Ski is very short. Footholds are unique took me a little while to get used to. Everytime I ride this boat I like it more.

I rode without tubbies once; felt like it let the ski lean over more in turns and the rail was able to grab the water and the ski turned better. I then put the tubbies back on and went to the ocean!
