Knee Brace

anyone wear a knee brace when riding?

any recommendations?

i smoked the boards at hockey a couple weeks ago doing about mach 1.


knee is fine to walk and bicycle on - but running and the hard impact landings on the jetski are making it THROB.

i have been wearing a brace everyday for normal activity but when riding i have been taking it off as i do not think this one will be water friendly (hold water and slide down).

I blew out my MCL about 5 weeks ago and finaly got back on my ski today. I have a Donjoy ACL Armor brace that I used today to ride. It was awkward as hell to begin with, makes your knee feel like its 4 inches wider when your kneeling in tray. So instead of just sliding my foot past my knee to stand up I had to kind of swing it around and step in the tray. After a riding for a while I pretty much forgot I was even wearing it.

I'm not sure on a freestyle basis how much difference it would make tho, i'm new to the sport and still learning how to toss these things around.

I also have a set of these. I use them for everything to skiing, wake boarding, mx, and jet skiing. I don't feel right without them.

i use the PODmx i had the astrix but didnt like them as they tend to always slide down and rotate inwards the PODmx stay in position
