Super Jet Kinda sounds odd... Need opinion

So I just had my motor rebuilt at jetworks and fired it up for the first time last night and it sounds so much different than it did before. Was wondering if it sounds off to you guys too. It has a b pipe head and factory waterbox.

I had fired it up for a bit before that. The system was full. Its nice to hit the button and have it start right up with out doing anything. I will get a longer video later.
