I ride a kawi....I'm not used to working on it.

Plus, I need a flywheel tool, etc. I don't have all the necessary tools. But I know someone who does!:Banane01:

#1ummm. this is a 2005 isn't it and you are spliting the cases already.....

#2 excueses excueses you know what they say about thoes there like as....... well never mind...

Hey let me know if you need the "special 18mm bolt type puller" they are like $12 plus shipping and I have one. The only other puller for a kawi 750 style is the regular 3 bolt puller that yamahas use. Give me a call and I will mail you the puller so that you don't have to buy one.

You can just send it back with $50 or bring it to the next ride with cash in hand........

Do you have your flywheel cover off I can... well never mind..... that was stupid I know that you kawi guys don't think that far ahead or you would have bypassed the tinkering around and trying to do tricks and bought a yamaha the first time. ... lol

Well sounds like the 23rd is a better date already. We will wait to see who else can make the 23 before it is written in stone.

And about spitting the cases ummm take the bolts out before you start prying on them... WOW you really need to help some people.....

The 16th would be better for me because I will be kid less and this should be a pretty big turnout and allot of partying the boys had there ear full at Kincaid last weekend. But what ever works for everyone else is COOL with me I think they have heard it all now.

YES

Let me go to my office and look over some G7 and I'll try to brainstorm w/ some ideas. I'll catch up with you this week/weekend. Thanks for your help, even if JR thinks I'm a wussie for not being familiar with the inner workings of a pwc engine.

everyone come up with some ideas for shirts etc

That is not why I think your a wussie...

No really it is all super simple I just put a 750 big pin motor together tonight. It took 2:20 total from unpacking the new parts, checking ring gap, chasing the threads on all the bolts and the bolt holes. Complete assembly and installation. and then aligning the pipe and rewiring the bilge pump.

So with you, Mark, and Katie all together you should be done it 5 to 6 hours easy....
But I take everything apart with an air impact so it speeds things up.
