I got a used Kirker Exhaust for my js 550, the manifold is routed for duel cooling and I got that taken care of but I have no idea where the water lines should be running for the rest of the pipe. I am also worried about too much water in the exhaust with the duel cooling. Does anyone have a similar set up that can send some pics??

Thanks

No pics, but the general thing is in and out of the headpipe to a tee with one leg of the tee to the stinger and the other to an overboard bypass fitting.

I've got the same setup, but it goes from the head to the lowest fitting on the pipe, and from the top one to the stinger and pisser. I will look for a pic in a bit for you.

did you have to restrict the water at all or T it off so it doesnt flood the pipe. MY manifold is duel cooling !!

No I have not have had to as of yet. Plenty of water goes to the stinger. I'll take a pic later but my exhaust manifold is duel and I have it teed off. Injust pit some clear water lines so it will be easy to see.

Dual cooling without dual exits on the head is pretty pointless in my opinion.

Try this:
