SX/SXi/SXi Pro Kehin carb tuning manual?

Ive got some nice PDF's for the SBN and the BN Mikunis but nothing for a Kehin. I was searching google and found something by group K but its more defining what certian things are. My brother in Ca is having issues with his 750sx running fine out of the water, but he put it in at Pismo today and gave about 1/4 throttle and it just died. Had trouble restarting, when it did he could gradually give throttle to rev up, but he tried to blip the throttle it would die. After a little it runs fine out of the water. Anyways Id like to give him a good guide to making sure his carb is ok, since he rebuilt it and probably played with settings and for sure changed out the spring with out knowing what number the spring was. They tune the same. Single carb Kawasaki applications can use lower popoff pressure.

To the best of my knowledge one does not exist, here is a tidbit though, you can use Mikuni springs to fine tune the Kehin carbs, much easier to source than the Kehin springs.
