Kawi 750sx cylinder temp?

Goober question but how hot should these 750sx's run? Took my new gem out and runs great but I pull hood to see if things look good and I just think head seems hotter than my Yamahas.. pisser flows ok!! And what is the silver thing near ebox which seems to have cooling lines in and out?
Bone stock with injection delete.

That is your temp sensor. It will go into “limp mode” if it over heats. If the ski runs good then your temp isn’t too hot.

Oh yeah, I know...I had an FX 1 that did that... Clogged cooling inlet line at pump and there went my top end!!
But what is limp mode on kawi 750's, a no start condition???

It just cuts spark to reduce power and save the engine. Those things like to fail so most people just bypass them. If you are worried about overheating then leave it hooked up.
