Other Kawi 750sx build

I started this Kawi build in Sept of this year, it is coming along nicely. Here are some pics

The ski has



Kawi fleet lime green paint
Alum handlepole
800SXR chin pad
R&D timing advance plate
Factory limited wet pipe
R&D head
Reed stuffers and Boyeson reeds
Stock rejetted carb, probably upgrade to a 44sbn sometime
Worxs intake and ride plate
It came with a skat 9/17 but i will be upgrading to a 12/18 skat swirl
The stock venturi nozzle is bored to 82mm
Blowsion handlebars and trigger throttle
ODI grips
800SXR start stop switch faceplate
Quick turn plate
Bilge pump
Hydro turf side mats and bottom, I have a roll of HT B stock to do the rails with


I plan on over the winter to have the flywheel lightened, the skat swirl installed , JSS coil wire upgrade and a custom waterbox. That will be enough for now lol

Here are some more pics. This is the breakdown of the graphics and paint on the hull and handlepole. I sand blasted all the alum parts and repainted. The hull and other parts were painted with filler primer paint from PPG. I took all the purple vinyl off the kawi side covers and cleaned them up. I pulled everything from the hull to clean out the bottom and get ready for paint.

....I sanded the kawi green with 1500 grit paper to get the orange peel out and then i buffed it up nice. I scrubbed the bottom of the engine bay with degreaser and some other cleaners. I then applyed appliance epoxy white paint and it turned out real nice. I painted the motor mounts and the rear purple plastic bevel plates and grab bars.

...I put the HT sides on myself using glue instead of staples, using staples makes the 18yr old plastic really brittle so that was the best thing for it. I plan on putting HT B stock on the rails in the next week or so, then it's off to get some MC# and a graphic or two. Then a couple more BRAAAPPPP parts lol and its done.
