Kawi 440 price

Hello everyone

I got my hands on a friend of the familys 1978 kawi 440 yesterday. The friend bought it new in 78 and it has been sitting in storage for the last 20 years. Pulled it out put new gas in it and a new battery and it fired right up. I was out on the lake with it for about 2 hours yesterday. The ski is immaculate. He said less than 50 hours on it. The thing is mint condition. I'll post pics later. The stickers aren't even faded. The mat tray even looks brand new. My question is

Is it even worth selling? What it worth you think? I'm thinking of throwing up for sale so I can buy some new parts for my superjet with the money. What do you guys think it's worth?

Throw it up on fleabay and see what it'll bring. You never know, someone might be on there looking to relive their glory days... like one of my friend's friend who pays $$$$$ for old Suzuki dirtbikes that are mint.

IIRC, the 78's were hand laid. Worth something to the right buyer.

Idk. I was hoping someone could tells what it's worth. I would be interessted in driving to meet for dilivery for the right price.

i bought a 81 in real good shape(not as clean as yours but close) with a westcoast pipe,op plate,grate and skat prop with trailer for $100.00 locally.
prices go from mild to wild depending on how motivated the buyer is though!
odds are you'd be doing real good if you got $500.00 for it.
