Kawasaki SXR 800 - what to do more...

Hi.

I'm new to this forum, and I'm from Slovenia - Europe. Last year I bought SXR 04. It was almost stock and till now I changed some parts.

I have mounted:
- Factory dry pipe
- R&D head 27cc
- skat trax 14/19 impeler
- R&D race plate
- R&D inlet plate
- Prox pistons 82.75
- air box replacet with round filters.
- jetting is seted on 2turn out LOW
1 1/4 out HI ( jet is running OK, but I don't know how should it go. Is this settin OK?

Now I'm doing on:
- trim nozle with 90mm nozle( is this to much)
- dual cooling
- side lifters

I would like to do some freestyle trics. I ride standup jet for a year only.
What would you suggested me to work on, but not for so many $$$.
What would I need to do on my jet for some rotarry flips (if this is right word :) ) on flat water.

This 90mm trim nozle is for test from other jet (don't know witch). I'm not sure, but will probably be to big, what do you think?
Witch pump cone is good for what? Long one is for hi speed, and short one is for best low aceleration?

mill your head, reeds, shorten or D-cut your stock ride plate, lighten that hull.

Kevin Collins at Legdrag. strongly suggests running a girdled head.... The cylinder is capable of cracking just like a 701 61x cylinder.

The billet flywheel as stated will make a huge difference.\

Then its all about ditching the weight!

A TDR waterbox will save quite a bit, it will be louder though.

The ultimate weight saving upgrade though would be a carbon Trinity composite hood.... weighing in at 8lbs! Its close to a thousand bucks, but the work is unbleivable!

Cut the excess glue out, trim the bedplates, get a smaller battery.... I save 12lbs with the one I run:bigeyes:Its a 5lb battery, that they sell at the Autoparts stores in the US. .... It cranks it over fine, even my bigbore 781cc flattop motor...... but i am gona get a 7lb lightweight battery, that is comonly used in small aircraft...... it has lots of cranking amps, as I will need something a little stronger for going total loss..... I think its about $150 bucks..... standard battery is 16lbs.
