pump is good, hull is good, engine is junk.

its local to me, and for sale cheap.
it would have to move quick though, I dont have time to store it!

whats the pump work on ebay?

A friend of mine has one in same condition, finding a motor has been mute as thats obviously the 1st thing to go on them. SBT motor costs more than the ski is worth. Guess it depends how cheap and its worth your time do take apart and ship shiot.

I'd say get it, for cheap. There is a market for everything. I've parted out 4 waverunner 3s that looked like they went down with the titanic, made some nice spare change to put into my sj. You can always fleabay the parts.

My pump and trim box are clean. I am hoping to get my money back out of these parts. Then I will have good electrics and a core engine for a future tripple engine swap

its a 30 minute drive to go look at it, and the dude wants $100 for it.

IM pretty pressed for time this week and next, so im not sure I will have time to mess with it.

I paid $400 for this 1100. Oil pump fell off the stator/case cover and the engine died at WOT of course. Then it sat for two years rusting the engine up Trim works great. First to get ebayed will be the pump, trim motor, and nozzle. I am hoping for $250 out of that stuff. If I can get another $200 out of the trailer I will have my money invested back.

Like I mentioned before I am keeping the engine and electrics for an 1100 into an SXR swap at some point down the road. Besides... "It's just money".

I was hoping to have a cheap easy rebuild/fixer uper "girl's ski" but I decided it wasn't worth the money for me to fix it at this point. Instead I went out and bought another X2 (that runs :headbangand a double trailer.

I must say though. I have been watching 900/1100 parts on ebay and not much is selling now. The only thing pulling any money are engines, what does that tell us? lol I think I will open an eBay store to sell these parts, seems like a cheaper way than listing single auctions. Sell to international bidders too, that always help get a fair price out of your parts.

yeah, I could probably double my money, EVENTUALLY, but I have no desire to have this thing hanging around the yard.

I think I will pass on it.
