kawa 1100 build wont start. What to check next?

Kawa zxi1100 swap.
First she started right up and purred like a kitten but wouldn't plane. Then she would only start on the trailer and now she won't even start.

Middle cylinder loses spark sometimes and the rest of the spark are weak.

What we have done so far in order:
-checked the ground was good
-replaced spark plugs
-cut 1/2" off plug wires
-switch the ebox out with another
-put in brand new sbt stator
-removed timing advance
-fully charged lipo battery
-kommander head with 140 compression in all cylinders
-Getting fuel / plugs are wet + primer.

What are we missing?

We had a similar issue.
1) Are the wires coming off of the three individual coils stock, OEM?
* If so do the rebuild, upgrade to the MSD wires.
And the plug boot, is it stock OEM?
* If so use the MSD plug boots. The stock, OEM plug boots have a built in resistor and when they fry or break down... Good bye spark or weak spark.
 
Update

With some heavy application of lithium grease to trips box I have spark on all 3 now. Still won't fire. It turns, them I get a big violent thunk. And the motor stops turning. Here is a vid

Start stop switch
I ve had a bunch of prob with my wifes 1100 will crank like crazy and then fire for a split sec and die just like in your vid

No I wouldnt think so green is just to crank...
The stop is built in to the lanyard kill on my 1100 and even though the lanyard is pulled out the switch will stick behind it and will crank all day but never fire for more than a sec...
