Ok. Semi long story short...

surf was good saturday and rode with the blfreeride.com
crew and philip c. so we all going to meet for another session
the next day. So sunday, I get my brother inlaw to come down
and he is so busy, this was a nice treat. So I stop at the bank
to hit the mac. and waited for a guy to leave. the guy never logged
out of his account and walked away with account up on screen.
I closed it out and then ran out and told him he left it up !
Guy was thankful ! I Could of had a vacation. LOL just kidding !
But did what was right. felt good !

drove down to the inlet, ripped it hard...

On way home, we stopped at a light on the main drag and.....
WHACK ! someone hit us from behind...
Ski bunks went into the front bumper and missed skis by like an inch !
It pushed the bunks and pins and bow eyes and everything forward
but did not touch skis... HOLY SHAIT !
I just believe the nice thing done in the morning protected the skis in the afternoon ! I thought it was pretty cool !
Both my brother inlaws ski and mine have some serious work
and would of been a bad day if we had to fix !

thought that was a good story ! :wiggle:

and a trailer is gonna be much safer???

in this case the suv that hit me, hit the trailer bunks that stuck out past the skis... and that kept from the skis getting hit.

on a hitch carrier, the ski would of been hit not the bunks. ! :scared:

I am very very very thankful skis did not get hit.:notworthy:

When I had my old car, TWICE had my trailer(S) hit from rear endings. Both times skis survived fine, but it did total one trailer and ********ED up my hitch (and probably the cars frame)

Theres a reason we pay the most insurance in the nation....

Pete, so glad to hear the boats are ok!

with a hitch carrier, it may have given the car enough room to stop!!!!!!

My ski's do not site out past the end of my trailer but nothing to really keep a bumper of a truck from crunching them.

Was his card still in the machine ?? If not it will ask for the password evey time you make a new transaction so you would not have been able to do anything if he made a withdrawal already .

The one at my bank, you put in card, it swipes and spits right out.
then when your done with your transaction, you need to wait a second
after your money and say [another transaction] or [finished]
all new machines.

And if you push another transaction and go to withdrawal it will ask for your pin again .At least that's how they work here .
thye will not let you make another withdrawal without reentering your pin after you already made a withdraw for the very reason of the story you just told today .

Thye would have had your pretty face on camera anyways Pete .

well, i have never done 2 transactions. I just do one and hit the finished....

But they can have my face on camera all day, because I do the right thing..
i will try the 2 transactions later and see if it asks for pin again.
