650/X-2 Just rebuilt carb, now no fuel in carb? Please help

I just cleaned and rebuilt my 650sx Keihin cdk 2 carb

It pulls fuel up to the carb and I find a bit of fuel in the carb but just a little on the diaphragm.

everything looks super clean and I can't find anything that seems out of place with the assembly of the carb.

botton front line hooked to maniforld
Middle is fuel in
top is pulse

If you pour gas in it runs perfect, but after that nothing and you can look down the carb no fuel is coming in.

Thanks

I don't know if it helps but if you completely seal up your hand over the choke plate for a minute while it is cranking it will suck gas into the carb, then you have to let your hand off and it will run for a while until it uses up that gas then it quits.

I checked the one way valve again and it is working fine. It does not make the hissing sound anymore when you take the gas cap off and doesn't pour gas out the inlet line when you take it off like it use to.

Anyone with anything I can try?

If you take the needle out it will flow gas into the carb like crazy. I tried a different needle and spring and nothing. It only flows with the needle completely out.

What's your popoff pressure at?

Don't have a gauge to measure it, but I tried the new spring that was the same as the old one that it ran before with and also put the old one in to see if it made a difference.

There is some air in the fuel lines if that helps but you can tell the fuel pump is sucking fuel through because when you take the needle out it flows out.
