Just got Illustrator...any advice?

Just got Adobe Illustrator and was playin with some hull designs. Ive drawn many paint schemes with pencil and paper but i havent started them on computer cuz i dont know how to color. Help wanted. Thanks

save it as a JPG dude, that pdf is overly cumbersome.

I converted it to JPG for you.

If your going to use Illustrator, why don't you vector out your ski this way you have an actual outline that is 1:1. This is helpful for using it to cut vinyl or paint patterns.
