Went to the lake to test an it carved so hard it worked so good it set a perfect wake, it worked real well

sweet work man... if u dont mind where did the parts come from??? i was thinking about it for my spare ski just to mess around with

Its just a spear nozzle off a 550 then the little ball joint type thing for the steering moved that down welded a nut to the top bolt on top of the pump to hook the sheathing and went to a local bike shop got a lever and cable ran it all bam done. If you want detailed pics just let me know.

Can you post up some more detailed pics? I'm going to attempt to make a system similar to this. What length cable did you use?

whats the trim on a 440 for?

so you can put a mod 750 motor in it and have one hell of a BIG AIR or whatever boat that you will probably break! Hell yeah i like it... gunna pull out the old 550, put my spare 750 motor in it, some footholds and do the same thing next season just for fun!

Can you post more pics and a full parts list? Im building a bad ass 550 sx and this is one item on my list.

I too would like to know more about the parts list mostly the cable length, i have mine all setup just need to know more about the length f the cable and how it holds up.
