300/440/550 Js 400 HELP!!!

My friend had a js 400 out here at the lake and I believe the water lines are routed wrong. Starting it out of water it runs great but when you put it in there's a ton of water that comes out of the exhaust and no water going through the head, and it has no power
help please

if lines are right then it has a blown exhaust gasket, maybe head gasket. standard single cool routing, pump to exhaust manifold, head to pipe, to overboard. dont run it anymore take it home

That aint right. where is the T'd feed line going too? line from pump should'nt be T'd. Straight to exhaust manifold, head overboard, head pipe to stinger. Look at your ski then look at your bud's, same concept.

Where is the manifold being fed? pump to manifold, head bypass to botom of pipe, top of pipe to stinger. Looks like the pump feed line is going to bottom of pipe?
