So Ozark freeride is coming up next weekend and I blew out the base gasket on my ski. I called John and he shipped me out a new gasket Fedex suposed to arive Fri the 15th. Great I can get it put together and get a ride in before I head out to lake of the ozarks. Fri comes and I called Fedex and they said it was in the area but would not be delivered until Sat. but because I had it being delivered to my place of employment they would not deliver it until tues. I told them to hold it at the fedex office and I would pick it up on Sat. there. I just went to the fedex office and they said they don't know what happened. My package shows to have a rush delivery on it,.... but it is now in Co. (quite a long way from Ar. where I live) and that now they don't expect it to get here until Tues. WTF.

2 weeks ago Fedex smashed something $1000+ on me. Then the company (who is in NY, one state away) sends my replacement parts, and Fedex sends it to the west coast...and back.... and then back again!!! Replacement parts arrived over a week late (which should have been one day shipping). I will NEVER use
