The dang little rubber ball inside jumped out of my hands and into the lake. Anyone know of a cheap do it yourself replacement?

Well if it comes down to it, mcmaster carr sells them but unfortunately, you'll probably end up 99 plastic balls that you have no use for. lol

McMaster-Carr sells those Viton balls.

I have a bunch for the 1/4-inch size valves in stock because they make good fuel pressure regulator restrictors.

Not the ones used in the JW valves. The balls sold at MMC are similar, but not the same. The flash at the seams of the balls keeps them from sealing consistently and the durometer has to be exactly right. Too hard and the ball will not seal. Too soft and the ball will deform while at rest and may not open when the boat is used later.

call jetworks

Call Jetworks. I've done the same thing before and they'll be happy to fix you up with a new one.

I ordered some Viton rubber balls from MMC and they were exactly the same in diameter & hardness with no seams.

Also they were a fraction of the cost than the ones directly from Jet-Works and they've worked just fine.
