Finally putting the new motor in the squarenose this week. It's just a stock bore 61x single carb with Racelogic sport port templates ported by me. I'll just be using my Coffman sizzler pipe for now with stock intake and reeds. Also lightened flywheel with few degrees advance on stock CDI. Mouthfulloflake posted these for me, since he has kinda the same setup. I'll be using these as a starting point.

120 pilot, 145 main
1.5 n/s
95 gram spring

I'm going to order some jets, and was wondering what changes you carb gurus would make due to the porting if any. I already have 10 carb gaskets, and want to take enough jets with me when I hit the lake. Should be running around 150 PSI with the porting. How is jetting affected when I can afford a higher comp head? I've read the Mikuni manual, but just don't have the tuning experience some of you do with carbs. :hail:

Good point. I hadn't really checked prices on them until now. These things will nickel and dime you to death. Hopefully they'll have what I need on Monday.
