Hey shonuff, I guess I talked you out of that dry pipe huh. I think you will be better off with the pipe you got. congrats.

KX 454
I drive a toyota (Yamaha)
ride a yzf 250 and have a 2000 sj and came off of a sxr and I think I'm going back... kinda. So there are some die hard yami fans out there that like kawi's. I think bobbys new all carb x2 with a 951 platform with a 148 mag in it will be deadly though.

just got back from doing some riding. went to 107.5 high's and made no difference on the bottom so i tried 105's and the plugs started to look alittle scary. tried putting the 110 highs back in and playing with the high speed screw...still no good. scorn i went with what your friend is running with his boat and it was still the same...and a plug check showed the topend to be rich. i need to bum a few more jets off my friend. when i went with 110 H and 120 lows it helped a bit, but then it had an off idle bog that could not be compensated with the low speed screws. so its back out to the lake in a few minutes to try some other things....(more brass in hand)

on a good note for us kawi guys, my boat still ate an 08 superjet with a pipe head prop etc. its funny to me that my boat is running kinda crappy and yet it still embarrasses a yamaha

hershey is about two hours from where i am at. you ever go to raystown? i am going there for a few days in the first week of august. my friends and i are also planning a trip to lake wallenpaupack....they have some massive cruisers up there you should check it out.

I'm going to Raystown this Sunday through Tuesday/Wednesday, so I will probably miss you by a week. That would have been sick, because there are 10 of us going.
