Jetting...from stock to modified...701

I've got a 61x that had the following parts added this year...

Choke plate removed
K&N
Ported cylinders
Westcoast head with 30cc domes
Riva red pipe

Where is a good place to start jetting and what should I buy?

Who done the porting? You should ask the porter. He would have the best suggestions. But there is a thread discussing the settings on all different motors

i have the same mods also just differant brands. but i do not have any port work done. i am running 135 mains 75 pilots and 80 gram springs with stock needlevalve

I just went to that jetting from FPP's jetting myself and it seems to run a bit better off idle.
