Other Jetski haven. Good? Bad?

Has anyone done business with jetski haven (ebay name - hotbabepwcparts)?
Looking for good or bad feedback. Debating making a some what expensive purchase off of them and not sure how I feel about it.

I've heard bad things about them but it was parts they made in house. It was a x2 surf brace. They were out of square and they wouldn't refund.

I picked up some RRP bars from them. They sent the wrong bars, I had to pay shipping back to them, then they sent the correct bars. Cost me a weekend of riding and $7 to ship. I had also purchased some bow eye tow loops from them a few years back, and it took forever for them to arrive. They sell on ebay, it's easy to find their parts, and some of the parts are at a huge discount. You still have to deal with their lackluster communication and fairly consistent slip ups.

If you have a shortage of funds, make sure you have an abundance of patience.

Poor customer service. You should have been reimbursed shipping.
