FWIW, when someone's pm box is full and you try to send them a message, they get an e-mail telling them that 'whoever' just tried to send them a mesage but their box was full. You really don't have to post about it, they already know in most cases.

Ever since the PM red/yellow/green level indicator was switched from the top of the page to the bottom, it is harder to keep track of. I liked it better at the top of the page so whenever you look at messages, you couldn't miss the indicator right at the top of your box.
