SX/SXi/SXi Pro jetinetics flywheel ring

Is it possible to replace the outer gear on the billet flywheel? I just purchased a used one not knowing how bad the thing is tore up. Looks like the bendix exploded inside it which isnt a big deal but the teeth on the starter ring are pretty thin in a few spots. I have a press here in the shop if its replaceable.

What's the inside diameter of your ring gear?

the inner diameter is 12.864cm
here are the two spots that look questionable, might be ok but if I can get a new ring gear I would rather not chance it.
