i am probably gonna get crap for this but isn't that kinda like the elitist stand ups rule, everything else sucks mentality attitude you have?

Not at all.
Sit downs are not my thing, but I'm still out there supporting/providing exposure for the couch riders, and Sport riders as well as the standups.
I'm sure there are lots of couch riders out there who think they are too cool for flat water as well.

Havasu is the heart of our sport! There is no place like it. I love that city!!!
There is a lot more to the sport than riding waves Slut.
That "prima donna/Surf only/everything else sucks" attitude rears its closed minded head yet again.
You would have a blast in Havasu Nick. The west coast freeriders are there every year partying like rockstars! :woot:

lighten up.... All I said was "as an outsider, I don't understand the concept". Then I made a freaking joke about there being no surf...
I can accept that it's a "ya have to have been there" type of thing

Why are you calling my attitude sucky???

Just givin you some crap Slutty. Remember, we had the drunkin chat at Chris's house about the "surf Only" attitude?
You proved your not really that way anymore by coming to Lanier last year, and riding with the rest of us landlocked peeps. That showed me a lot. :Banane09:

GASKETS FOR CHAMP BRAP!
This will awsome for the sport. No more cramped BS Krazy Horse area! No more 3' of water for freestyle! Its ridiculous to have 3' of water and pro's are trying to go huge and have to worry about the shallow water. It will be like a Olympic village for watersports! I heard they are trying to get both types of stadiums, one on the shoreline and a indoor arena like Bercy.

If your interested, there are some more threads about this brewing at PWCToday.com in the general racing section.
I'll be at the meeting supporting the freestylers! You can count on that!

:grouphug:

I will be meeting lee for business dinner on monday about the project. He is one few people that help push the project forward. Willl let you know more. Mike (The Mauler) Yellich

Havasu is a beautiful place. You drive for hours through the barren desert then you come upon this oasis of clear blue water where there is jetskiing everywhere you turn. Its a paradise for jetskiiers and just a great place to hang out and forget the world. It would be the right place to build a jetski stadium. We need this badly. Success for racing means succes for all aspects of jetskiing. From freestyle to 4 seater couch extreme picnicers. If anything, it will get us some attention.

Havasu definetly needs something to do during the off season. That place is terrible if you are an outsider and you dont know anyone when its cold there. :)

GASKETS FOR CHAMP BRAP!
The first phase has been approved! It was approved totally by all members of the city council. :woot: The place was packed with watercraft enthusiasts!

Now to find them the land within 60 days and get back to the City council. 125 Acres on the water and 35 acres for parking. Lee Siekerman of River rat racing school(and Race park council) proposed Body beach and contact point as prime areas.
