JB Weld or?

I've a non-structural piece of aluminum from an 800 SXR case, which was damaged during shipping, I need to glue back into place. Cannot be welded. JB Weld best?
Lots of hyped-up metal to metal glues for aluminum-to-aluminum repairs I found. Best Ever! Revolutionary! Order now and get a TV Bonus! You get the Cap Snaffler! Removes any size cap from any bottle or jug, and it really, really works!
Gotta wade through the sea of BS and talk to you guys who've actually used the stuff! Your thoughts? It needs to be watertight for sure. Thank you.

JB weld will work if you really want it to stay put forever Belzona is the hot ticket , it is ridiculously expensive though.

If it’s going on an engine you want a high temp epoxy. I’m not sure what’s commercially available now but we used Marine Tex in the past. Most aviation stuff is rated for 250f. Look for ea934, ea9394, magnolia 6398, whatever is aluminum filled. It should be easy to find cheap after it’s a year old.

What part of the case are you

I used JB Weld on the exhaust port of my 15hp Johnson outboard to port match the tuner pipe from later years. Motor ran wide open for half hour at times during week long fishing trips. Still no issues with it. JB Weld has a high heat rating, memory says 500?... checking the internet JB Weld has higher heat versions(Extreme, etc) that are rated for 1000 degrees.
