the 08 & 09 are identical even the graphics, but the 08 is 500 less. the nozzle does have a trim ring but it is fixed slightly up. tech-one sells a part to make it adjust up or down but still fixed. the prop is good much like a scat swirl big hub too. still own 4 b1's 2 mod hulls and 2 stock hulls.
