i rode from the public launch ramp to the back of the narrows with about 3/4s of a tank and the low fuel warning buzzer went off when i was near heritage on the way back..........she's a thirsty b!tch thats for sure...

yea 55-60 miles on a full tank...i think the tanks about 18gallons..the best part is you can carry 10gallons in the storage compartment..

as long as your not wide open it actually isnt that bad on fuel.. plus the gas gauge isnt super accurate...like it will show full when your just a gallon or so over 3/4

one thing ive also been thinking about doing is putting some drainplugs in the rear storage compartments..they stay bone dry but it would be nice to be able to rinse them out if u put a bloody fish or something in there..

i was thinkin about that... i put a wet lifevest in there and when i washed off the boat i was looking for a drain plug in there. im suprised they didnt come with them. im tryin to figure out a good anchoring system and where to put a rod holder as well:thinking:

BTW bruno chilled inside the gunwhales when we were cruizn and and when we were goin fast hed put his belly and front paws on the seatand face sideways between me and heidi. he didnt like the chop much

you could just drill a hole in the lid of the rear storage compartment and put a rodholder in there if the bottom was sealed (most arnt though)..they will also fit in the rear grab handle behind the seat if u arnt going full speed...the pole should fit inside th e storage compartment when your not using it..for the little bit of water that does get in the compartments just leaving the hatch open for the day will dry them out..

when u turf inside the storage compartments u dont have to glue it down just lay it in there..

thats awsome. i gotta get a tow sled

my sturdy stick is about 5 inches long to fit in there, and it doesnt break down. i'll have to look around for a shorter pole

I got some free hulls down here near Long Beach. Total. Take your pick.
