Ok so it seems like when i have no zip tie in my killswitch the ski still cranks but wont fire no matter what i do. But when i put a zip tie or the leash in it fires right up? Is that possible or just coincidence? And why would it still crank when there is no zip tie? Ahhh i hate electronics :banghead: :smashfreakB::crazy:

I bet if you open up each switch, you'll find some real nastiness since it looks like you ride in the ocean. I just solved my start/stop switch anamolies last night because there was a slight gap between the two halves of the plastic.

mine does the same thing and its cause the previous owner messed with the wires inside the start stop switch
