1992 650 superjet, stock all around except the pro-tec intake grate.
I'm having issues doing hole shots. I suspect the ski's pushing the intake grate out of the water, but can't see the bottom of my boat while riding. I don't think I'm experiencing cavitation as I don't see any signs of it on the prop and the gap between the prop and ring is only .005 inches. The prop is not bent or dinged, probably a factory prop but I forgot to look.
It's only acting funny in holeshots. U have to feather the throttle to keep the ski hooked up.
Anyone tried the worx grate?
