Digging up an old thread I know. I've been having some random seemingly leanish issues (sizzling pipe) etc and have checked/redone everything 11ty billion times.
However the 62T cases only have the single pulse line and ski is setup with Dual 46mm Black Jacks with individual pumps. As the issue 'seem's to be worse with less fuel in the tanks I'm thinking perhaps the single T'ee'd fitting is not enough for these carbs.
Best to fit another, or external fuel pump a better option?

I'd check the direction of your fuel tank one way valve to make sure it's letting air in the tank and add an extra pulse line fitting.

Just and update for others. I've fitted a 2nd pulse line and replaced the check valve. Seems better now.
