Hate to say it, but the only way to really fix that is to cut open the tray, and from the inside start glassing.
I see what looks like lots of cracks. In the pic, from the bottom hole toward the bottom of the pic, looks like a crack, looks like a crack between holes where glass is missing, probably a crack at the back of the flat area where it transitions to the bottom of the hull (where that flat meets the vertical section), and looks like another crack from the top hole going up (that discolored section).
Any bandaid method is going to have to be chipped/cut/ground out of there when you fix it right. Not saying you absolutely can't possibly bandaid it back together for the season, but the result of that might end up being an even larger hole and another lost intake grate. If you do bandaid it, don't run a scoop intake, it's really hard on the front mounts. A 2 bar design will help your repair stay intact. After you fix it properly, run whatever grate you want.
