In Daytona.. need help tuning dual 44s

so im in daytona with tons and tons of issues.. i just put some mikuni 44s on my 701 motor in my 03 superjet.... not sure what they recomend for tuning. if some one could please help that would be wonderful. how far out should the screws be low and high? thanks!!!!

You will need to post more info porting pipe jet size pop off seat size.
