Other Impros closed for a few days?

Is Impros closed for a few days?
I ordered some impellers last week and I have not seen them charge my card. When I phoned twice, it just rings and then goes to answering machine.

unfortunately sometimes it is difficult to get ahold of Dave
but to me, his stuff is top notch
only thing i can say is keep trying and email him too
not sure if he is closed or not

I talked to him last week, he was closed over Christmas. But ya just email and or call him.

I just talked to Dave at impros two days ago, I ordered my "magic" impeller and r&d after burner pump cone!!
He is open for sure.

I got sorted out, seems they are a bit busy for the phones in the morning it seems. Not that easy for me as we are 10 hours ahead

when i was needit him was there by phone ..
